Ordering by telephone is easy. Please call us on +44 (0)121 308 0842 with the details of the item(s) you would like to purchase, your billing and delivery information. Your order will then be processed and despatched to you.
All items are in stock unless “out of stock” is displayed next to the age required. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
If there are any items that are showing as ‘out of stock’, please contact us either by e-mail on [email protected] or call us on +44 (0)121 308 0842 during office hours of Monday to Saturday 10am 4.40pm.. and we will see if a reorder is possible for you.
Sizes do vary by brand so we have produced a Sizing Guide on this site as a rough guide only however please feel free to call on +44 (0)121 308 0842 for advice.
Pre order relates to items that are not yet in stock but we can offer for sale. The items are on order which means you can reserve those products.
We accept Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Delta, Maestro and Switch debit cards.
When you have placed an online order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of this order. This does not however mean that the order has been completed. This happens once the credit card details have been approved and the delivery address has been verified. If there is a problem with any of these or the items in your order, you will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss this with you.

This means that we utilise Sage pay technology, to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information. Your card details are not stored on our website. Additionally for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address with your credit card company.
We use a signed for delivery method through the Royal Mail or other alternative reputable delivery service which ensures we can track and trace all parcels.
We pride ourselves on a fast efficient service. We are dependent on the Royal mail but do use the first class option.We will package and post your items to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition.
For deliveries within the UK, we aim to deliver your order 1 to 3 working days after you place your order.
For International orders, we aim to deliver within 3 to 7 working days after you place your order.
